The shipment has been eternal. I trusted it would arrive on time because it was a gift. I even contacted them to send it urgently, paying the difference myself, and it didn't happen. The gift could not be made and for the return, without it even arriving, I had to pay for the shipping €26, so I kept it by force

After 5 days without news from the GLS carrier or Alkanatur, I wrote to Alkanatur and it turned out that the order had not been delivered to the transport agency. No one from the company contacted me for the delivery. They went in the morning and I was not there. I still do not have the order after 10 days. I have requested by phone that it be taken to a parcel shop and we will see if I can finally pick it up after 10 days. It is not just the delay that bothers me but the lack of assumption of responsibility. This is not the experience I had with previous orders so I hope it was an exceptional incident.
