I have ordered two jars and I have only received 1. I sent a message on Monday to report the problem. The answer was an apology for any inconvenience and that the pitcher would be sent as soon as possible. Today we are Friday and I haven’t yet received a message of any shipment. It doesn’t have to take a week to send the missing jar! It was the first time that I placed an order after a recommendation from a friend but honestly I am very disappointed.

My opinion about Alkanatur is positive, but they should change shipping companies because GLS, instead of delivering the order to my home, left it at a pickup point because it was more convenient for them. Without consulting and without prior notice (we were at home, so they cannot excuse themselves by saying that no one was at home). Because of that negligence from GLS, it took me several days to have the order since the pickup point where they left it was not convenient for me.

Just to comment that GSL does not deliver to the doors of apartments in buildings without elevators, they ask you to go down and pick it up at the building's door, which is a problem for people with reduced mobility. The bad note goes to the transport company, the product is excellent.

There is an improvement in the water, however, at the beginning of the filter change it does not taste very good and you have to wait a week for the bad taste to go away.

“Alkalinizing” the water, a term invented by this brand, is useless. Scientifically speaking, it is like Brita or so many other jugs. It improves the taste of water a lot, but it does not improve your health.

It will filter, but for people with MCS, I do not recommend it, as dysautonomia starts and they become destabilized.

The filters release a lot of particles and the bottom of the jug turns black. They say it's normal and nothing happens, but seeing the water in that state makes it anything but appealing for consumption. The day they solve this issue, I will be a customer again.

The filters serve their purpose. The jug could have a device to know when to change the filter. The glass bottle has been very disappointing because the blue glass is painted and loses color.

I don't think it's a great innovation, it seems more expensive than it is and I have the pitcher with the most expensive filters at home.

Very expensive. The design of the pitcher is bad because if it is filled you can't pour water until it has filtered all because otherwise it spills over the top. This doesn't happen with other brands.

I don't like the taste of the water. I will try the blue filters, let's see if I like them more. But in general, it is not what I expected.

The products are not bad, but I think the prices are too high for what they offer and what is available in the market. If they really wanted to contribute to better overall health, the prices would be much more reasonable.

Excessively slow delivery. Orders from China arrive faster. I am still waiting. The quality is good. But the logistics and customer service are not.

The pitcher looks whitish.

I was looking forward to the pitcher, but it has not satisfied me. I can't put it in the fridge, being so round it doesn't fit in the door and being tall it doesn't stand up on the shelves of the fridge. Also, when pouring water, I don't know if it doesn't fit well but it doesn't come out in a stream, it spills outside, it doesn't aim well in the glass, you know. What a pity, let's see if in winter when cold water is not needed I can use it.

The delivery was delayed more than expected. The shipping process for the requested filters should be much more agile.

It was a gift and I don't want it, how do I return it?

The glass jug has a major drawback. The glass at the mouth where the water comes out is very thin and breaks easily.

The jug is very pretty and I love that it is made of glass. However, my main issue is that the glass seems to be quite delicate, and this aspect is not sufficiently explained in the product description. While washing it before its first use, it suffered a small bump and the handle cracked. The truth is that I am still quite upset, especially because I fear it won't take long to break completely. I feel especially bad because it was a gift for my 80-year-old mother, and now I think that the plastic version would have been a more suitable option for her. I think it would be advisable to clearly warn that it is fragile glass and should be handled with special care. I have other glass jugs (not filter jugs) that I have had for years and they have never cracked as easily as this one.

What I didn't like is that they took a long time to send the order and they didn't attend to me by phone.

The additional bottle you send is made of very poor plastic that bends just by looking at it, it could be glass.

I am a little disappointed, I don't know if I had too many expectations or if the jug is not working properly. A white layer forms in the middle of the jug that looks like dirt, the jug never fills completely, it always stays a little more than half full and in the filter area, there is stagnant water.

It is very complicated to process a return of the product

Regarding the management of the purchase, it was fine. However, the jug has a design that needs improvement in many aspects. Also, it was not previously communicated that the capsule where the filter fits is plastic. Disappointment. And for a high price.

I am not happy because I have changed the filter and I have already filled the jug 5 times and the dirty water keeps coming out, with the price of these filters I think they should work well at least.

I ordered 2 products of which only the shower filter arrived, the jug did not arrive.

It is a bottle too big to carry, they should release a smaller version, plus it is through suction with a plastic straw (it does not have BPA, okay, but it is plastic...). Also, it should be noted that a lot of effort is needed in the suction, which is not recommended for people who suffer from bruxism, as it puts a lot of strain on the mouth muscles. Other than that, the filter quality, as always, is magnificent.

I placed the order on Saturday, May 9 (jug filters) and they arrive on Wednesday, May 20. Even with weekends and holidays in between, I find the waiting time excessive.

10 days since I placed the order. I have contacted a couple of times, last Friday and today. Today, finally, they tell me that the order has been picked up by the transport company. Ten days, really. I hope everything arrives well and I will think about it for next time.

Hello! very good idea about the glass.. but the amount of water it holds is absurdly small... I imagine there must be some reason but it takes up a lot of space yet hardly holds any water... it's a hassle to keep refilling...

I ordered the new glass pitcher and it arrived with a dead fly inside the pitcher. I wrote to their customer service and they replied that it could be solved with water and soap, and that’s what I’m doing. I still haven't used it because I am disinfecting it, as I am immunocompromised. And since I don’t know if it can be put in the dishwasher at high temperatures, when I start using it I will give my opinion about the pitcher. But so far the experience has not been good at all.

They don't answer the phone during customer service hours and take days to respond to emails.
