Our filters are made solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut charcoal and magnesium. We import the coconut charcoal directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the charcoal may be more broken and crumbled and release more carbon particles, and even dye the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less but it is normal for it to always release black particles due to what we mentioned, because it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment.

Well water filter and I am close to the beach, my jug has started to have sandy brown residues at the bottom, and they tell me they are minerals from the water, it seems like sand to me! Also, the kettle fills at the bottom with white residues and also in suspension, and again they tell me they are minerals, I believe some of it about the kettle but not about the jug, the residue is sandy and does not dissolve like in the kettle.
