The water tastes like tap water, I don't notice the difference after filtering and I expected the bottle that comes in the starter pack to be glass, a bit disappointed to be honest.

Sometimes it is the local water if it has been chlorinated in greater amounts due to some toxic or viral presence. Regarding the bottle, it specifies that it is BPA-free plastic, certified without bisphenol and phthalates.

Of course. It is obvious that the material of the jug is fragile and you have to be very careful to avoid breakage. I imagine that this way you make more profit.

Thank you for your feedback. The material of our jug is as resistant as a 100% toxic-free plastic can be. Other plastics are indeed harder because resins and hardeners are added to make them stronger, but they are not recommended for contact with food or liquids as they emit toxins from the container to the substances being consumed. This is our differentiation. Other conventional jugs on the market are only free of some toxins, like the famous BPA, but not all the toxins that can be emitted by plastics, which is a concerning long list. At Alkanatur, we strive to offer our customers the best materials on the market.

I have been using it for 3 months and I think it's going well. I use it for cooking since I drink bottled water. I have noticed that the jug gets lime on the walls, it may be because the water has a lot of lime.

I have been trying the water for a few weeks and after filtering it has a taste that I do not find pleasant. Also, I have a device that measures solid residues after filtering and the result has not been significant compared to the data I get from measuring the water that comes directly from the tap. I expected something different, to be honest. The worst part is the taste.

I think the product is good and we are satisfied with it. The service is normal, although we missed some information in the shipment. From the Saturday we did it until Thursday we received no news. This can lead to unnecessary calls to customer service. The customer area for tracking is quite limited and confusing.

The filter is leaving a sediment of sand in the jug and in the glass. Checked that it is not from the water, but from the filter. The tap water also tastes better than from the jug. I have written to Alkanatur without any response. I had to throw away liters and liters of water to see if it improved but nothing. Frankly disappointed, despite it being a recommendation from a relative.
