The Alkanatur service is fine, with no problems. But the postal service is lamentable as always. I have received your packages through other agencies and in 2/3 days I had the products at home. It is not normal for a package to take 10 days and thanks to the fact that they have well protected the filters, otherwise they would have arrived to be thrown in the trash. It is completely normal and natural for charcoal particles to remain in the water. Our filters are made solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut vegetable charcoal and magnesium. We import the coconut charcoal directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material.
Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the charcoal may be more broken and crumbled and release more charcoal particles, and even stain the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less but it is normal for it to always release black particles due to what we mentioned, because it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment.
