I have been using it for about 3 weeks and the pre-filter is already brown. I can only think about the water I have been bathing in for years believing it was clean.

I am delighted with it, me and the whole family. The truth is that as a Chemical Engineer that I am, it gives me a lot of confidence. We have also taken the shower filter and for now we notice softer hair and less dry skin! We love it!!!!!
