The new gray filter has pleasantly surprised me because there are no longer any solid, almost stony residues left in the jug that remained with the blue filter.

VERY SATISFIED WITH HAVING PURCHASED THE JUG, THE WATER ONCE FILTERED HAS A MUCH RICHER TASTE NOT LIKE THE ONE I USED TO DRINK WITH ANOTHER JUG OF ANOTHER BRAND. FOR THE MOMENT IT HAS BEEN A GOOD PURCHASE AND INVESTMENT IN HEALTH.

I like the filter and that it is connected to the tap so I don't have to keep a few bottles full to drink water. However, I find the system for the tap to be very cumbersome.

As always a 10! In one of the orders I had a small setback with a filter from the jug and they provided a solution as soon as I communicated the problem. The attention, the shipping, and everything they offer is wonderful. You can tell the quality, and all of this ultimately impacts good health. Thank you for all of it.
