It takes too long to come from Galicia, I don't understand it, I have received other orders from Barcelona for example, and they arrive very quickly, they need to step up, I think!!

I bought the glass bottle at Biocultura and ordered the jug and 4 cases but they still haven't arrived. I think they will be sent this week. Hopefully! Because I am very eager to start using the product. They could notify by email when they send my order and the delivery date. Thank you very much. Margaret Escolar Flanders [email protected]

Good quality of the products. The Alkanatur jug can have the parts purchased separately, so you don't have to change the whole jug when a piece breaks.

I don't know where my order is, I haven't received anything yet, I haven't received any information about the order tracking. Certainly, with how expensive the products of this company are and how bad the transport service they have contracted is.

I didn't realize the good taste it gives to the water once passed through the jug until I ran out of the filter liters and it started to lose filtering quality. It gives me security especially for my son, we only drink filtered water with the jug.
