Hello, I really liked the jug, very practical, but I think the filter is defective since I have filtered the water more than 5 times and it still presents certain black particles.

Hello, we are very sorry for your rating :( Anyway, we want you not to worry about this. It is totally normal and natural for there to be carbon particles in the water. Our filters are made solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut charcoal and magnesium. We import the coconut charcoal directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the charcoal may be more broken and crumbled and release more carbon particles, and even dye the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less but it is normal for it to always release black particles due to what we mentioned, because it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment.
