Super happy with the jug, in addition to a 10 out of 10 after-sales service. The gift bottle arrived crushed due to transport and I claimed it, the next day I already had a new one at home.

I bought the pitcher and filter pack to... drink water without toxic chemicals from treatment or microplastics, while eliminating the plastic waste from water bottles. For the shower, I eliminate the toxins from the tap water treatment that 'mistreat' everyone's skin, especially the most sensitive like children's. A real discovery, with top-quality materials endorsed by Dr. Olea!

I have to clean the pitcher every week because the walls get calcium. But doesn't the filter also remove calcium? I don't understand. That's why I give it 3 stars.

I liked how easy the pitcher is to use... the taste of the water is quite good. I've noticed that I don't feel bloated when I drink the water. Very digestible.

The truth is that I didn't know the products, a neighbor showed me and told me to try it. And the truth is that for my little one who has skin problems, it works very well...

I liked the filter, the filtered water is pleasant, the only downside I have is the jug, for the price you have, the jug is not what I expected, and the bottle likewise, it could have been glass.

The jug is nice and the water has no taste and its texture is light. I am concerned that the filters release quite a bit of activated carbon dust into the water and the problem does not disappear after several weeks of use

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is completely normal and natural for there to be carbon particles in the water. Our filters are made solely from natural products: 100% natural coconut shell activated carbon and magnesium. We import the coconut carbon directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the carbon may be more broken down and crumbled, releasing more carbon particles and even turning the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black particles because, as we mentioned, it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment. We hope you enjoy the product very much.
