I would have appreciated instructions for changing the filter. I doubted whether it was defective because no air came out when submerged and the water didn't come out dark like other times...

Great reception. The taste of the water is noticeable, cleaner and richer. Just as an improvement, the way the stream comes out of the jug moves a lot.

The lid of the jug broke very quickly although I am delighted with its filtered water. And the shower filter, the first one filtered very well and I noticed that the water did not stain the screen and my skin either, but as soon as I made the first filter change it was no longer the same, it must not fit well and the water is noticeable.

It is just a superficial suggestion. I would like the jug to be made of glass and have a wooden lid that would better match the aesthetics of my kitchen... But otherwise, I am delighted with the jug. I also don't see the need for the plastic bottle since I am reducing plastics in my kitchen and that bottle is unnecessary for me, on the contrary, I would have liked instead of that to have the Chlorine reagent which would be great for measuring the concentration in the different places I visit.

THE JUG IS VERY GOOD. THE ORDER WAS FAST. BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE CHLORINE BOTTLE SAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM THE OFFICIAL PAGE OR 15ML OR 30 ML ???? PLEASE CLARIFY

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback and for your observation. There may be a typo. It is 30 ml as indicated on the bottle.

We contacted them because we were not getting the expected result and, after explaining the problems we had, they proposed another different filter that they sent us super fast and at no cost and that has been the solution.

The plastic of the jug and especially the part where the filter is placed looks of low quality, not very resistant. It is true that the taste of the water improves but it does so with other much cheaper jugs and the black carbon particles that settle at the bottom do not inspire much confidence…

Response from Alkanatur
Hello Mireia, thank you for your feedback. The plastic of our jug is of high quality and completely free of toxins, certified by Dr. Nicolás Olea - IBS of Granada. Being a material that does not contain chemical hardeners or other types of toxins that are normally used to thicken materials, it seems less resistant because it is thinner. It is the price to pay for a completely safe material free of endocrine disruptors. About the black particles. It is normal and completely natural for the filter to release some little bits of carbon. Alkanatur filters are made solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut vegetable carbon and magnesium. We import coconut carbon directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the carbon may be more broken and crumbled and release more carbon bits, and even stain the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it hardly releases dust and the water comes out completely transparent. The bits may seem "annoying" to the eye, but they pose no danger. In fact, the softer the carbon is, the more toxins it is capable of absorbing.
