I, who am not used to buying online, tell you that I find it quite easy. And this time that I had a confusion, you attended to me right away by phone, which is appreciated in this world where everything is automated answering machines and machines. Thank you and best regards. Sara

I like the composition of the filter, the chlorine-free filtration, heavy metals, etc. at 99.9% (very high percentage), the alkalinity of 8.5-9.5. On the downside, the jug arrived scratched (several scratches). The plastic is very sensitive to scratching. The spout where the water comes out, the small lid that moves on its own is very flimsy. If it breaks, are there replacements? Would the whole lid need to be changed? If it can be done, of course. The price of the filter seems excessive to me.

After performing electrolysis on the purified water from the jug, I find too much residue. I have informed Alkanatur, and I am waiting for a response.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback. We will try to respond to your question as soon as possible. In any case, it should be noted that water with minerals will always have that effect with electrolysis tests, it is not because it has impurities, it is because these machines react to any substance in the water. That is why distilled water (without minerals) does not react. It is important to note that minerals are necessary in our diet, as they are used for many functions in the body: from maintaining bones, heart, and brain to our hormones. Therefore, it is essential that these are also present in water. Minerals in water help regulate a correct pH level and, in turn, have greater bioavailability. Distilled waters are acidic, dead waters, and their consumption can have serious health consequences. We will provide you with a more complete response in the email you sent. Regards.

The service has been very fast, I miss having packs of more units and it would be good if someday they offered some discount on the filters.

Thank you for your feedback. The price of the filter pack is €59.95 and it is for 1200 liters of duration, making the price per liter €0.049, a much lower price than any bottled water we can buy in a supermarket. Best regards.

I found it difficult to understand how to start the jug, I had to watch different videos: where to put the water, the amount that can be put...

Everything is fine, and the communication is good, but the package delivery companies are still the same, they tell you they will come on the 9th and then show up on the 10th without warning, and at whatever time they feel like.

The jug is very good, except that when pouring the filtered water into another container, if the reservoir still has some water to filter, the filling lid opens and both waters, the filtered and the unfiltered, spill out; you have to hold the lid to prevent it. It doesn't fit in the door shelf of my fridge.

Thank you for your rating! What a shame it doesn't fit in your fridge... You always have the option to filter it and put it in the Harmony bottle to keep it cool.

I change the filters of the jug every 2 months to be safe, because I lose track of what I consume and I don't know what quality of water I am drinking.
