The shipment was delayed by a day, the street number was missing, with a phone call from the delivery person it could have been solved at the moment. Thank you

Very good jug with its filter, the water leaves it without chlorine... the shipment was delivered in 2 business days quite well. The only thing that doesn't reach 5 stars is that it weighs quite a bit and only filters 1 liter of water, it could be at least 1.5 l.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment! In the tank, it only takes 1 liter, but you can fill it 2 times and have 2 liters filtered and ready. Regards

Excellent everything except the taste of the water. In my case, the filtered tap water tastes just as bad as if I drink it directly from the tap.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. The jug significantly improves the taste of tap water, leaving soft water, like spring water. We will contact you directly to see what might be happening and provide you with a solution or alternative so that you are happy with the taste.

Initially, the delivery of the package was disastrous, they didn't come to the house, saying in their office that we rejected the package, when we were waiting for them all day. We went to protest at the office and the next day, yes, they brought it home. We suggest, if possible, that in future shipments, they use another company. Thank you. We have advised our friends about Alkanatur and they have also purchased it.

The alkalinity of the filtered water is lower than indicated! However, for now, I haven't found anything better! The delivery system worked perfectly!

Thank you for your comment! We find it strange that the pH is below 8.5, as this does not happen. If you want to contact us via WhatsApp (698 173 981) and send us a photo of the color that comes out with the measurement, we will be happy to see what happens and help you.

The water is good but has a certain metallic taste.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. It's normal. The "metallic" taste of the water is due to magnesium. This taste is present in the first filtrations. After about 3/5 filtrations, it will no longer be noticeable.

I have been trying the water for a few weeks and after filtering it has a taste that I do not find pleasant. Also, I have a device that measures solid residues after filtering and the result has not been significant compared to the data I get from measuring the water that comes directly from the tap. I expected something different, to be honest. The worst part is the taste.

Correct, it's a shame that shipping costs represent a significant part of the cost of renewing the filter.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment! With the loose filter, the cost does increase due to shipping, but with the pack of 3 units, the minimum shipping cost is exceeded and shipping is free! :)

With the jug, I received a bottle that is supposed to be for refilling and taking with me. Well, that bottle is totally USELESS BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE CLOSED. The cap does not close, so I cannot take the water with me. For me, it is a big flaw.

Response from Alkanatur
Hello. You have to close it tightly until the little ring that is attached to the cap breaks. Then it closes well.

The first impression was disappointment when seeing the jug. I think it could look less fragile for what it costs. I don't know if glass, or more rounded edges. The important thing is that I, who cannot stand tap water, was surprised by its taste. With the reactive strips, it can be checked that it comes out more alkaline than bottled. Well, I hope the quality lasts in the coming weeks.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment! The plastic of the jug is thin but resistant. As you know, it is 100% toxin-free plastic, which gives that feeling of not being as "hard" or thick as others because it does not contain certain chemicals that harden materials but are toxic to the body. The test strips are for measuring body pH. The reagent is what measures the pH of the water :)

The taste of the water has improved exceptionally. I don't give it five stars because the plastic material could be better, in relation to the price.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. The plastic is like this because it does not contain any toxins to harden it, which is why it is thinner than others, but it is equally durable. We are glad you like the taste of the filtered water!
