I received the order very quickly but they did not inform me when they were coming and I was not at home when the transport company came to deliver it to me.

I bought the Alkanatur jug a year ago and I am delighted. I could not stand the smell and taste of chlorine from the tap water, and with the Alkanatur filter, there is no taste or smell left.

The filter is leaving a sediment of sand in the jug and in the glass. Checked that it is not from the water, but from the filter. The tap water also tastes better than from the jug. I have written to Alkanatur without any response. I had to throw away liters and liters of water to see if it improved but nothing. Frankly disappointed, despite it being a recommendation from a relative.

The delivery was made to a neighbor, in case they hadn't delivered it to me, logically my rating would be absolutely negative. Do not send me your products with the same courier company again.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It is not usual for something like this to happen, so we will notify the courier service to ensure it does not happen again. Thank you very much for your purchase!

Happy with the use of the jug. It leaves too much white sediment when I filter water, it must be because in my area there is very hard water.

Response from Alkanatur
Hello. This is due to the minerals in the area. We will send you an email right now that will resolve any doubts. Best regards!

After making the purchase, I found out that there are jugs with the same system, quite similar and considerably cheaper

Response from Alkanatur
Hello, thank you for your comment. As you know, conventional jugs mostly come from China. Our jug is designed and manufactured in Spain, meeting all European criteria and controls. Our jug also has quality certifications and scientific studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of its properties and that you can publicly consult on our website. Thank you!

The water does not vary in alkalinity with the pitcher. Luckily, the tap water already has a good percentage.

Response from Alkanatur
Hello, thank you for your comment! The jug raises the pH to 9.5, which is the maximum legally allowed. In some areas of Spain, the water already has a very alkaline pH and that is why it does not vary.

I was recommended by friends who like healthy things and I had stomach problems. The downside is the taste, it reminds me of fish, I don't know if it's because of the magnesium, and for now my stomach is still just as upset.

It's a very good product. We used to drink bottled water. It was a lot of expense and caused inconveniences due to carrying the bottles and large amounts of plastic to recycle that we save with the jug.

Everything went well with the delivery of the filters. What could be improved is the quality of the jug. And lower the price of the filters a bit or offer discounts for customers.

I think that once they have secured a customer, they should give at least a 10% discount on the filters.
