Well, I bought jug replacements, and when I activated it, the water came out so black that I got scared. It hadn't happened to me before.. and I tried with the second filter and the same thing. I wrote and they told me it's normal. But of course, I ruined a filter, they should put a big warning that this is normal, because I don't think I'm the only one it happens to.

Well, the product is very good. But the shipping is terrible. When you pay, you receive confirmation of the payment, but no estimated arrival date, no shipping reference, no transport company... nothing. Also, it takes about 10 days for a national shipment! I feel bad that companies like Amazon are taking market share from them, but there are reasons!

Hello, When opening the package, the lid that opens for the water to fall fell off and broke on one side. It has been like this from the very beginning. I can place it, but it is broken.
