The filter changes the taste of the water but it's not serious. The lid is made of very fragile plastic.

I like the taste of filtered water, and what I dislike is the jug, the plastic has become rough on the inside of the jug, it is very unpleasant, I hope that later you will have a glass jug.

The first filter lasted 39 days with a consumption of 9 liters/week. Very far from the 400l. that, according to the sales information, they claim it usually lasts.

It doesn't completely eliminate the taste of lime in the water, but it makes the water more tolerable.

The package arrived promptly, and connected easily. It's disappointing that the company has decided not to offer the countertop base as a standalone product.

The water comes out with a lot of hardness after filtering.

Response from Alkanatur
Hello, thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the product. Our filter does not remove minerals from the water, so hardness is not reduced. In fact, it raises that ppm because it adds 18mg of magnesium per liter. Our water is alkaline water, that is, water rich in minerals. We will contact you from our Quality Department to study your case in more detail and see how we can improve your experience.
