The pitcher is very good, although there is a lot of residue at the bottom, and to fill it you have to keep the lid lifted manually. It would be great if the lid could stay open by itself while filling.

Good but after following all the steps to have the pitcher ready. After two days we had gray residues at the bottom of the glass. After that, it has not happened again.

Thank you for your feedback. Coconut charcoal absorbs chlorine perfectly and it cannot be that a filter is damaged and has that taste. It is possible that the taste you notice is from the minerals themselves or from magnesium. We regret that you do not like the taste of the water and the product does not suit you. Taste is a more personal matter, that is true. In any case, remember that you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We will contact you to either find another solution, perhaps the low magnesium emission filter suits you better, or if not, process the return of the product.

I received the shipment quickly and have been using the Alkanatur Drops Jug for more than 2 weeks. It works as described: the water has no taste, but the black particles from the filter continue to fall into the water, so the bottom of the jug always has between 20 and 30 black particles.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is totally normal and natural for carbon particles to remain in the water. Our filters are composed solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut charcoal and magnesium. The coconut charcoal is imported directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the charcoal may be more broken and crumbled and release carbon specks to a greater extent, and even stain the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black specks due to what we mentioned, because it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment. Overall good, but I have been using the jug for a year and there are residues stuck at the bottom that cannot be cleaned. I do not know if it is magnesium or residues of carbon from the filter. I have tried soaking it with vinegar and baking soda with no results.
