It took a week for the zeolite filter order to arrive. That's why I give such a low rating, the products themselves are 5 stars.

Response from Alkanatur
We are very sorry for the delay in delivering your order and understand that it has affected your rating. We are already analyzing what happened with the delivery company to improve delivery times and prevent it from happening again.
We are glad to know that, despite the delay, you are satisfied with our zeolite filters and that the products deserve those 5 stars.

For now, I am happy with the glass jug. The mobile tab where it is filled remains raised, it sticks out quite a bit... I would like to know if it is like that or if it is a small defect of mine. The transport and packaging were perfect.
