I ordered the new glass pitcher and it arrived with a dead fly inside the pitcher. I wrote to their customer service and they replied that it could be solved with water and soap, and that’s what I’m doing. I still haven't used it because I am disinfecting it, as I am immunocompromised. And since I don’t know if it can be put in the dishwasher at high temperatures, when I start using it I will give my opinion about the pitcher. But so far the experience has not been good at all.

It is possible that the taste you notice is from the minerals themselves or from magnesium. We regret that you do not like the taste of the water and the product does not suit you.
