It would be good if the discount for ordering more than one filter unit was not limited to packages of 3 units. Thank you.

Initially, the delivery of the package was disastrous, they didn't come to the house, saying in their office that we rejected the package, when we were waiting for them all day. We went to protest at the office and the next day, yes, they brought it home. We suggest, if possible, that in future shipments, they use another company. Thank you. We have advised our friends about Alkanatur and they have also purchased it.

Alkanatur is a magnificent product. We have been drinking this water for over a year and you can really notice both the taste of the water and its health benefits. Especially noteworthy is the improvement regarding prostate problems, my wife and I are "delighted". Thank you and best regards.

I received it in less than 24 hours. Luckily, there was someone at home because the message from Correos was the same day in the morning. When I tried the water, I was delighted with the taste. Not to mention its properties.

Thank you for your comment! We find it strange that the pH is below 8.5, as this does not happen. If you want to contact us via WhatsApp (698 173 981) and send us a photo of the color that comes out with the measurement, we will be happy to see what happens and help you.

Fast delivery. Excellent product for its quality-price ratio. It is the best water filter jug on the market, as I am in a rental apartment, I do not have to make a large investment, and I also do not have space for another filtration system. I chose the pack that comes with a bottle, filters, and the book The Bio-Alkaline Diet, which is excellent and I had been thinking about it for a long time.

This filter solved my problem of itching on the skin after showering. Today, after 4 months of use without incidents and without the need for the chlorine meter, I noticed that the itching returned slightly after showering, I looked at the "Replace" (End) indicator and it was red (which as it was the first one I used I hadn't even noticed). It's time for a replacement and I will definitely do it.

The jug was what I expected very well, the delivery was bad, they gave the package to a delivery person who was not on his route and it arrived a day later.

I contacted by email for clarifications on why the water appeared whitish just after filtering. This worried me quite a bit at first. However, they replied in less than an hour and very thoroughly, clearing all my doubts. I live in Costa Blanca (Valencian Community) and the water is the hardest in Spain. Having clarified that, I am now fully satisfied with my jug.

Very simple purchase process and delivery the next day (in my case). Setting up the jug, placing the filter, etc. is very easy. The water is perfect, without flavors and with a pH of 8.5-9 (Madrid capital).
