Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
My partner, who has very sensitive skin, noticed some itching on the skin after showers. Since the first shower with the filter, she has noticed zero itching and her hair is much softer. At least just with that, it is perfect. The comfort and well-being of general wellness is priceless!

The shower filters were delivered within the established time, the product packaging and the product arrived in good condition. The information requested and received from Alkanatur regarding the tracking of the order placed was quick, clarifying, and effective. The carrier GLS did not comply with the preferred pickup of the product and showed up at my home while I happened to have just returned from a trip. The shower filters, once installed, work correctly, hoping that the benefits of them will be gradually verified with their use.
