Honestly, I still notice a lot of taste in the tap water and it is very hard. So much so that the glass used for water becomes sticky. Due to the hardness of the water.

Hello, The taste of the water is good. But the lid for filling does not hold when filling it and you need to hold it while you want to fill it which is not possible if you refill it from a water jug.

The water quality is fantastic, very good taste and pleasant to the palate. Regarding the design, I think it could be improved: the shape of the jug is not very ergonomic and it would be good if the interior were completely transparent. A flow meter would be appreciated, as already exists in other brands. The packaging and presentation are good, although the instruction manual could be improved.

I love the taste of my water, now I know I can drink safely. I used to get water from the spring near my house but I didn't feel safe in case it had pesticides, that's why I decided to buy the pitcher, besides it's a national product, I support local or national trade.

Yes, I received my pitcher and it works well. But the quality of the plastic is low. I don't see it as durable enough. Either improve the plastic or make the exterior glass and better plastic for the filter support and the lid.
