I received the order with the box edges crushed, and the opening sticker was open, the reactive strips for pH control were also missing, I contacted customer service, and they quickly provided a solution, sending me a new jug with the reactive strips and I returned the previous one at no cost. Very good service.

My hair and skin have never been softer! I 100% recommend this product. I come out of the shower and actually feel clean. There is no smell of chlorine from the water anymore.

I am very happy with the pitcher. The water is so soft that it invites me to drink everything I need. The bottles are excellent. I have the blue bottle on the dining table (it looks like a decoration). The plastic bottles, one in the bedroom and the other in the kitchen. And the small one in my bag. Excellent purchase I made to take care of my health.

I loved the taste of the water, how quickly it filters, and of course the properties it has. If the design is also pleasant to the eye

The pitcher arrived very quickly, it arrived with a tiny piece broken, I contacted them, and at the same moment they sent me the complete piece. The pitcher works very well, and everything is great now.

Everything perfect. It arrived with a broken filter due to transport and the next day they sent us another pack again. Impeccable customer service.
