Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
I like the taste of filtered water, and what I dislike is the jug, the plastic has become rough on the inside of the jug, it is very unpleasant, I hope that later you will have a glass jug.

They sent it to me and the guy who lives in my house returned it just to annoy, the company and the delivery were great since they sent it back to me and unfortunately I had to pick it up somewhere else. I already have it at my disposal to be able to gift it!!! Thank you!!!

I liked everything, it arrived very quickly, the wrapping and the explanations were very good. You just have to be a little careful when placing the pitcher on wooden tables, because the pitcher has a somewhat pointed bottom. I use the pitcher with the filter in the kitchen, and I fill another pitcher for the dining room.

I placed an order and it was sent to me in less than a week, the carrier contacted me for the delivery time, so perfect... And the product works wonderfully, I have skin problems and the shower filter minimizes them.
