The bottle came without any packaging, I understand that it's to avoid producing too much waste but the problem is that if it had been hit during transport, who would have been responsible? I would have had to return it with the hassle it would have caused everyone. Regards.

I am delighted, the only thing I would improve would be the lid of the jug, sometimes it gets stuck and overflows a bit, I am not very convinced about it.

After filtering, the water seems different. Very pleasant to drink. The jug is very aesthetic. The bottle it comes with is perfect for storing in the fridge and thus having more prepared water.

We are a family of 5 and it will be hard for me to calculate when to change the filter because each one uses the jug when they need it. I would like there to be some system to register the wear. Other than that, great!
