Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
The order arrived well, but the delivery person left the package under the rug, which I don't think is correct, anyone passing by the landing could have taken it.

I like the products, but I always have problems with the shipping, the packaging clearly states that it is fragile and yet they throw it over the fence, I have already complained twice.

The jug is made of poor or low-quality plastic, it breaks just by looking at it; for the price it has, it would be better if it were made of glass.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. The jug is made of SAN plastic certified 100% free of toxins and endocrine disruptors. It does not contain hardeners, which add chemicals and toxins to the material, which is why you see it thinner and more fragile. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.

I am still testing it and it's too early to say. But it would be great if the pitcher indicated the amount of water at one or two points, as well as on the plastic bottle that comes as a gift.

After it arrived broken. There was no problem for them to send me another one. I find that the plastic of the jug is quite weak. The product should come with more protected packaging to avoid breakages.

I have to clean the pitcher every week because the walls get calcium. But doesn't the filter also remove calcium? I don't understand. That's why I give it 3 stars.

I liked the filter, the filtered water is pleasant, the only downside I have is the jug, for the price you have, the jug is not what I expected, and the bottle likewise, it could have been glass.

The jug is nice and the water has no taste and its texture is light. I am concerned that the filters release quite a bit of activated carbon dust into the water and the problem does not disappear after several weeks of use

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is completely normal and natural for there to be carbon particles in the water. Our filters are made solely from natural products: 100% natural coconut shell activated carbon and magnesium. We import the coconut carbon directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the carbon may be more broken down and crumbled, releasing more carbon particles and even turning the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black particles because, as we mentioned, it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment. We hope you enjoy the product very much.

The filter really works well to purify the water but the jug could be improved. The small lid ends up breaking.
