Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
The jug works very well. The only drawback is that it has a one-year lifespan and the part where the filter is placed has broken.

I like the filter, the taste of the water, easy and quick and I feel safe about the water I drink daily. They could improve the material of the jug (glass) and the aesthetics of the jug.

The taste of the water is silky, light, and very pleasant to the palate. The Alkanatur filtering jugs could be improved as after some time they develop white stains that cannot be removed.

Comfort and perfect water. The only thing is that you have to be proactive to fill bottles in time to have cold water.

I bought this jug because I want to stop buying bottled water. So far I am happy with the purchase, but now I filter the bottled water, since my water comes from a well, and until I analyze the water I don't want to drink it yet. The taste of the water is good, you can notice the change.

The bottle came without any packaging, I understand that it's to avoid producing too much waste but the problem is that if it had been hit during transport, who would have been responsible? I would have had to return it with the hassle it would have caused everyone. Regards.

We are a family of 5 and it will be hard for me to calculate when to change the filter because each one uses the jug when they need it. I would like there to be some system to register the wear. Other than that, great!

I had complications making the payment several times. Short duration of the product, filters. They need to be renewed every month and it's a bit expensive.

The quality of the jug is disappointing. It is a material that can easily break with a fall or hit. Some filters do not fit well in the jug and when you pour the water, they move and water spills everywhere.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We hope you enjoy the product a lot. Regarding the material, being 100% toxic-free plastic, it does not contain hardeners, which are usually chemicals that make the plastic toxic. Nevertheless, it seems to be a more fragile plastic because it is thinner than other jugs that do add hardeners, but it is a resistant material for the use of this type of products.

The water that is really alkaline. The lid of the jug could be better, where the water is filled, that lid does not have good airtightness.

The order arrived correctly, although a bit of padding with newspaper would have been better (the small box, the one for the filter, 'wobbled' a bit, and the tape that closed the package says 'very fragile'). I haven't tried the products yet (pitcher, shower filter). The only downside is that I changed the delivery date (in the link that came in the message) to the day after the one communicated by the post office because I wasn't sure if I could be home during that time frame, and the delivery person who called me on the initial delivery day, and luckily I was home, told me he didn't know anything about the date change.
