The service has been very fast, I miss having packs of more units and it would be good if someday they offered some discount on the filters.

The speed of shipping. The quality of the product. Very high price.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback. The price of the filter pack is €59.95 and it is for 1200 liters of duration, making the price per liter €0.049, a much lower price than any bottled water we can buy in a supermarket. Best regards.

I found it difficult to understand how to start the jug, I had to watch different videos: where to put the water, the amount that can be put...

Everything is fine, and the communication is good, but the package delivery companies are still the same, they tell you they will come on the 9th and then show up on the 10th without warning, and at whatever time they feel like.

I had to empty the pitcher 5 times before I could use it because black balls were coming out of the filter. I wanted it for my second home and it's a problem to have to freeze the filter because I won't have water to drink when I get home and I will have to throw away 3 or 4 pitchers of water before I can have water to drink. It's not what I expected.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback. Did you previously activate the filter? It is important to follow the steps outlined in the instruction manual so that the water does not come out black. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will help you resolve it. Thank you.

The water tastes like tap water, I don't notice the difference after filtering and I expected the bottle that comes in the starter pack to be glass, a bit disappointed to be honest.

Response from Alkanatur
We are very sorry about your experience. We will contact you to try to provide a solution. Sometimes it is the local water if it has been chlorinated in greater amounts due to some toxic or viral presence. Regarding the bottle, it specifies that it is BPA-free plastic, certified without bisphenol and phthalates.

The jug is very good, except that when pouring the filtered water into another container, if the reservoir still has some water to filter, the filling lid opens and both waters, the filtered and the unfiltered, spill out; you have to hold the lid to prevent it. It doesn't fit in the door shelf of my fridge.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your rating! What a shame it doesn't fit in your fridge... You always have the option to filter it and put it in the Harmony bottle to keep it cool.

I change the filters of the jug every 2 months to be safe, because I lose track of what I consume and I don't know what quality of water I am drinking.

Of course. It is obvious that the material of the jug is fragile and you have to be very careful to avoid breakage. I imagine that this way you make more profit.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback. The material of our jug is as resistant as a 100% toxic-free plastic can be. Other plastics are indeed harder because resins and hardeners are added to make them stronger, but they are not recommended for contact with food or liquids as they emit toxins from the container to the substances being consumed. This is our differentiation. Other conventional jugs on the market are only free of some toxins, like the famous BPA, but not all the toxins that can be emitted by plastics, which is a concerning long list. At Alkanatur, we strive to offer our customers the best materials on the market.

I have been using it for 3 months and I think it's going well. I use it for cooking since I drink bottled water. I have noticed that the jug gets lime on the walls, it may be because the water has a lot of lime.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. We will send you an email explaining how to clean the jug in areas where there is a lot of limescale in the water.

It is necessary to add an extra limescale filter in places where the water is very hard. They should inform potential customers about it.

Very good jug with its filter, the water leaves it without chlorine... the shipment was delivered in 2 business days quite well. The only thing that doesn't reach 5 stars is that it weighs quite a bit and only filters 1 liter of water, it could be at least 1.5 l.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment! In the tank, it only takes 1 liter, but you can fill it 2 times and have 2 liters filtered and ready. Regards

Excellent everything except the taste of the water. In my case, the filtered tap water tastes just as bad as if I drink it directly from the tap.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. The jug significantly improves the taste of tap water, leaving soft water, like spring water. We will contact you directly to see what might be happening and provide you with a solution or alternative so that you are happy with the taste.

Initially, the delivery of the package was disastrous, they didn't come to the house, saying in their office that we rejected the package, when we were waiting for them all day. We went to protest at the office and the next day, yes, they brought it home. We suggest, if possible, that in future shipments, they use another company. Thank you. We have advised our friends about Alkanatur and they have also purchased it.

The water is good but has a certain metallic taste.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. It's normal. The "metallic" taste of the water is due to magnesium. This taste is present in the first filtrations. After about 3/5 filtrations, it will no longer be noticeable.
