At home, we have a shower filter and it is incredible how much dirt it collects. I no longer notice the smell of chlorine when showering. A success!

Until now, I only drank tap water, as in my town it has always been of good quality and did not have a bad taste. But a few weeks ago it started to taste and smell like mold. That is what prompted me to buy a pitcher with a filter. And I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. In addition to removing the mold smell from the water, it also gives it a taste that is perfect for me. I also chose this pitcher for the properties it adds to the water. For now, I wouldn't change it for anything. 100% recommendable.

The prices of the filters are very high; the filter I buy for the water deposit entry of the house, which is for filtering sediments, is double that of the shower sediment filter, and it costs me €3.90, and the other filter, which is made of coconut fiber, which goes under the sediment filter for the shower, has an excessively high price.

Thank you for your feedback. Our prices are in line with the quality of the product. We are a Spanish company with certifications and research. Our materials are completely safe and of high quality, meeting all European standards. There are more economical alternatives on the market but without any certification regarding the safety and quality of their materials. If you have any questions, we will be happy to resolve them for you. Best regards.

Everything has been fine, but I read that one of the filters should be changed in 6 months, but I suppose it is not mandatory, according to what I have read, but I think they should have told me that in my phone consultation.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback. The filters are changed either by the duration of liters or time. Their maximum lifespan is 400L or 6 months if those 400 total liters are not consumed. For any questions, you can contact us by phone, from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Here is the phone number: 981 071 002.

It greatly improves the taste of the water. The jug does not give a plastic taste. On some occasions, the filter does not fit perfectly in its place, causing unfiltered water to come out.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you very much for your feedback. The plastic is 100% free of toxins and a product with food contact certification, so it is completely safe for water and does not impart any flavor. If you have any issues with any filter or questions, please contact us right away to find a solution. Best regards.

Speed in receiving the order; I had it at home in less than 24 hours. Easy to use, I like its design, and best of all, the water tastes great; I feel like I am taking care of my body and nourishing it instead of drinking dead water like before.

I really like the product, it is fabulous, and several family members and friends have it because of my recommendation ;-). I think the green part of the jug could be improved: The lid breaks easily and deteriorates a lot with limescale. I know that this cannot be controlled, but maybe there is some other material that is not so affected by limescale. I clean it every time I pour water, but it gets like this as I send you in the photos very quickly. Thank you very much!!

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you very much for your feedback! Yes, with lime, more opaque walls can be formed, but a weekly cleaning with vinegar is enough to keep the plastic shiny. We will email you with information on how to remove those residues. Regards
