I like the flavor and that it is very practical. It filters well, I suppose it's true.

Very easy to use, YouTube videos are clarifying. The taste of the water is delightful and how it feels when drinking. A great purchase.

The speed of filtration and the taste. The first time I used it, the water came out slightly tinted black, which is a bit scary, but the user manual warns about it. They could do some promotion for customers or a discount coupon for the purchase of filters. If you check the pH of the water with the kit it comes with, it indeed alkalizes the water quite a bit. Thank you.

The water is very good. The only downside is that the jug doesn't have a bit more capacity.

The only thing I would change is the format of the jug, because it fits in the refrigerator door. The back part is too wide.

I like its effectiveness and the ease of using the website as well as when I contact them with any questions. The information found in the frequently asked questions regarding the first uses with the jug (in my case) could be improved. For example, from one day to the next how should the jug be left, full or empty? When the components have been washed and left to air dry, should the filter be submerged in water until it is assembled again or can it be left exposed in the meantime?

Fast shipping. Excellent water quality. I bought the three-way under-sink model. The installation manual is unclear, the images are small and not clear.
