I wanted to comment on two things I am quite dissatisfied with regarding my purchase, the first and main one is that I invested more money in buying the glass jug and to my surprise the inner piece where the filter is placed is plastic... And the second thing that surprised me is the time it took for the shipment.

It weighs a lot

It has several inconveniences, mainly when you go to serve the water it spills and wets the table and the countertop, it weighs too much, and it has less capacity than the previous one I had before.

The new jug has less capacity to filter water and it is much more complicated to serve it, too much water spills from the sides, it is not suitable for refilling glass bottles. The rating is not worse because the quality of the materials seems better.

Regarding the products, they are good but the delivery was bad because they were supposed to deliver it at home and not have to go to the post office to claim it.

Although I love the glass option, I did not expect less capacity. The lid through which the tap water enters does not close properly and the water flows in a very wide stream, so a lot spills when refilling the Alkanatur bottle for the fridge or gym or school bottle. Well, it is not more practical than the previous one for me.

I have not yet received my order, it is delayed. Not meeting delivery times. Also, I would like to make another order but until I receive (and reject this one as they told me) I cannot do it. Everything is very long.

I think it is a very high-quality product but if you have a sensitive stomach, it may not sit well. The truth is that it is nobody's fault, but I bought it and had to stop drinking the water because of how all those minerals sit in my stomach. Now I am considering whether to buy another different filter, the green one, which I also don't know how it will sit with me. In short, I was super excited about my pitcher and I think it should be warned that tolerance can be complicated for some stomachs.

I don't like the taste of the water. The tap water is very hard in this area and, although it does improve the taste a bit, it is still not pleasant for me to drink.

I am very satisfied with your products, but this time the order took 15 days to arrive. I have not received any emails from the delivery company and I had to call by phone to locate it. Even so, I did not receive my tracking number until two days before the deadline to pick up the package. It's a shame that such a good product is overshadowed by such a terrible delivery service.

The lid of the jug has broken, when I assembled it I already saw that the mechanism was very weak... it didn't last even 24 hours...

I did not receive any notice until the day before receiving the order, which made me not know where the package was for 10 days. When I buy from Alkanatur, I usually receive my order in 2 days. This time it took 10 without receiving any type of information about the delay in delivery.

My opinion about Alkanatur is positive, but they should change shipping companies because GLS, instead of delivering the order to my home, left it at a pickup point because it was more convenient for them. Without consulting and without prior notice (we were at home, so they cannot excuse themselves by saying that no one was at home). Because of that negligence from GLS, it took me several days to have the order since the pickup point where they left it was not convenient for me.

Just to comment that GSL does not deliver to the doors of apartments in buildings without elevators, they ask you to go down and pick it up at the building's door, which is a problem for people with reduced mobility. The bad note goes to the transport company, the product is excellent.

There is an improvement in the water, however, at the beginning of the filter change it does not taste very good and you have to wait a week for the bad taste to go away.

The filters serve their purpose. The jug could have a device to know when to change the filter. The glass bottle has been very disappointing because the blue glass is painted and loses color.

The products are not bad, but I think the prices are too high for what they offer and what is available in the market. If they really wanted to contribute to better overall health, the prices would be much more reasonable.

It was a gift and I don't want it, how do I return it?

The glass jug has a major drawback. The glass at the mouth where the water comes out is very thin and breaks easily.

The jug is very pretty and I love that it is made of glass. However, my main issue is that the glass seems to be quite delicate, and this aspect is not sufficiently explained in the product description. While washing it before its first use, it suffered a small bump and the handle cracked. The truth is that I am still quite upset, especially because I fear it won't take long to break completely. I feel especially bad because it was a gift for my 80-year-old mother, and now I think that the plastic version would have been a more suitable option for her. I think it would be advisable to clearly warn that it is fragile glass and should be handled with special care. I have other glass jugs (not filter jugs) that I have had for years and they have never cracked as easily as this one.

What I didn't like is that they took a long time to send the order and they didn't attend to me by phone.

The additional bottle you send is made of very poor plastic that bends just by looking at it, it could be glass.

Regarding the management of the purchase, it was fine. However, the jug has a design that needs improvement in many aspects. Also, it was not previously communicated that the capsule where the filter fits is plastic. Disappointment. And for a high price.

It is a bottle too big to carry, they should release a smaller version, plus it is through suction with a plastic straw (it does not have BPA, okay, but it is plastic...). Also, it should be noted that a lot of effort is needed in the suction, which is not recommended for people who suffer from bruxism, as it puts a lot of strain on the mouth muscles. Other than that, the filter quality, as always, is magnificent.

I placed the order on Saturday, May 9 (jug filters) and they arrive on Wednesday, May 20. Even with weekends and holidays in between, I find the waiting time excessive.

10 days since I placed the order. I have contacted a couple of times, last Friday and today. Today, finally, they tell me that the order has been picked up by the transport company. Ten days, really. I hope everything arrives well and I will think about it for next time.

Hello! very good idea about the glass.. but the amount of water it holds is absurdly small... I imagine there must be some reason but it takes up a lot of space yet hardly holds any water... it's a hassle to keep refilling...
