Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
The only bad thing: Once you try Alkanatur water, you won't like any other water.

Perfect for the intended use, as the water comes with all the allowed "impurities". It is not the first nor will it be the last.

Excellent customer service, as well as the quick processing and shipping of the order. Products of great quality. I would only wish there was an option to buy a glass jar and it would be perfect.

As always a 10! In one of the orders I had a small setback with a filter from the jug and they provided a solution as soon as I communicated the problem. The attention, the shipping, and everything they offer is wonderful. You can tell the quality, and all of this ultimately impacts good health. Thank you for all of it.
