Very good customer service and after-sales service. The lid came broken and within two days I had a new one and they picked up the other. The filtered water has pleasantly surprised me! I tried some other filtering methods with pitchers and countertop devices but the water is really very good, filters quickly and for now I am very satisfied with the purchase.
