the price of the jug and the filters is expensive. Especially when I have to buy only filters with increased transportation.

Hello, during the purchase I had many doubts and the clarification was more outside the website and with friends who already had the jug, however the shipping and the transport company was exceptional, very fast, attentive, detailed information before delivery, the best courier service I have received, I think the company is called GLS, a ten for them. Thank you very much.

I have one complaint about the pitcher, which is that the filling lid is very fragile and sometimes falls off and needs to be put back on, other than that everything is correct, that's why I take away one star.

I only find one downside to the jug, after just a year of use washing it with baking soda or vinegar or soap I can't get rid of the white scale that remains at the bottom...

There is just one detail left, that the jug be made of glass instead of plastic.

I take my time to adapt to water with magnesium. It would be good if they made filters without magnesium emissions or told how much magnesium you take per day according to the amount of water you drink

At home we are all happy with the jug. But one negative point is not having an indicator that warns of cartridge change. Other than that, fantastic. Thank you very much!

I like the filter and that it is connected to the tap so I don't have to keep a few bottles full to drink water. However, I find the system for the tap to be very cumbersome.

I really like the jug but it no longer comes with the color reagents, making it difficult to personally assess the change in the alkalinity of the water they describe.

The jug is comfortable and the water after several changes has no taste. However, it does leave deposits at the bottom and the jug needs to be cleaned every week or so. Other than that, no problem although I was scared when everything came out black on the first filtering. I hope this change is positive regarding the health of the family in general. We use it for eating every day.

Well, I don't know how long I can go without changing the filter without risk. I've been using it for two months and the water tastes good but I've had gastric discomfort for a while. I don't know if the water could have bacteria since it's filtered and doesn't have chlorine.

I am very happy with the quality of the product, what I would improve is the return service, since one filter broke shortly after putting it on and returning it would cost me about 20€, which was not worth it and I ended up with one less filter. Thank you!

I can't rate because I've only been using it for a few days. What we like the least is that the lid doesn't stay open while you add water to filter from another bottle.

I love the taste of the water and its density, you can tell the quality. But the instructions say you can serve water while it filters, and in my case it is not like that, the water spills from the tank when I tilt it, I think the jug came with a defect, but after a month of waiting, much to my regret I will keep it. I don't want more waits
