Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
I would like to know if there is any way to remove the stains and white deposits that remain in the jug. I have tried vinegar, baking soda, and hot water, also bleach, but nothing works. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the jug.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We hope you enjoy the product a lot. If you see that the stains are very embedded and do not come out, you can use some specific anti-lime product.

Comfortable, clean, available at all times and also good for health. I forgot about plastic bottles and I am delighted with the Alkanatur Drops jug. I take water in the car to work, to the gym, in the kids' water bottles......I love it!!!!!

The truth is that I did not expect such a good result, but I am delighted with the jug. I also did the test after a week of purchase and it filters the water just as well as on the first day. A very good purchase, without a doubt.

I'm sure it's good, but I haven't received it yet. Correos Express has been saying for 4 days that the filters are arriving and they haven't arrived. I haven't received them
