Very disappointed by the lack of protection of the cartridge in the box. The plastic on top was slightly cracked. I did not return the product because I needed it urgently and the product cannot be found in stores. Ordered on 16/05 for delivery on 19/05, it is now 27/05 and still no news of my order for which I have committed 390 euros. I will have to file a complaint for fraud.
