Web site well done. Definitely good prices. In my case there was a delay in the shipment of the material and the communication was not really on time. In any case I received several times an apology for this fact and soon after it was resolved. I was very appreciative. Bravo!

Los filtros llegaron pronto y en perfecto estado, pero para poderlos utilizar, les debo tapar el orificio superior, ya que mi depuradora, así los necesita, y he de irlos reciclando de mis filtros antiguos. Tienen ustedes tapones para esta finalidad???. Les agradecería su ayuda para este tema. Muchas gracias.

Very disappointed by the lack of protection of the cartridge in the box. The plastic on top was slightly cracked. I did not return the product because I needed it urgently and the product cannot be found in stores. I have doubts about the life of the cartridge because everything is plastic while the original cartridge was fabric. It works. To see on the duration....
