3 bins points because I'm happy with the product I bought, the ordering site is quite simple. 2 bad points for the packaging. It was disproportionate to the size of the bottle, stuffed with pieces of polystyrene where crumpled paper would have done, with a sample in a plastic bag and a useless booklet. Very poor environmental impact for a site that sells well-being, I think.
