Easy site navigation and fast delivery

I ordered the yellow care fragrance. Unfortunately, the lemongrass takes precedence over all the other oils and I feel like I've bought a mosquito repellent. It's a real shame. I had bought the emerald fragrance, which was very well balanced. I regret this purchase.

never a discount .... too bad because I've been ordering for a very long time and the products aren't cheap.4 products bought ... 3 samples only :-(

I've been a customer since the beginning of the company. I still like the products, but I'm very shocked: - by the very significant price increase: care oil (+ 15%) the new packaging - pretentious - can't justify such an increase.
- the impossibility of obtaining the 10% discount with the code granted by Pierre and Nathalie - the impossibility of obtaining the 10-euro discount as a new customer (no order since the new organization) - no answer to the above questions. Where have Pierre and Nathalie's friendly contacts gone? What a pity! I give 3 stars because I still like these products, but if I met a supplier of the same quality offering human contact, I'd change without hesitation.

Quality products packaged with care, but it's not possible to change products if you don't like the smell.

I do not understand why the 2 products ordered are not available in the lot and can be sold separately ... This has caused me a greater expense ... Look for the error!

My products were a gift for a child in a coma, so I would have liked to say more to the mother to explain the reason for this treatment; unfortunately there was no information on the treatments or a small booklet with your products. The products are expensive, so the packaging would be interesting to work on.

I've been a loyal customer of altearah products for 10 years, and I'm disappointed not by the products but by their sharp increase and the end of the promotions that used to run every month on a particular color. Too bad I'll be ordering much less often.

Thank you for the fast delivery. Perhaps the ordering process could be simplified. And I thought I had a 7€ coupon but I couldn't find it. Maybe it had expired...

I've known about Altearah products for a long time, and fortunately so, because I had to look for the colored waters, which are no longer offered as a matter of course. I regret that the beauty products are given more prominence to the detriment of the waters.

I don't think the site is very well designed. It should be much easier to read.
