Without being able to observe your skin, I cannot tell you the reason for these small pimples. It may be due to seasonal, dietary, or hormonal changes.
For visible results from our cream, you need to allow at least 40 days for your skin cycle to regenerate. I can advise you to accompany it with a serum whose visible results are faster.
