I've been a customer since the beginning of the company. I still like the products, but I'm very shocked: - by the very significant price increase: care oil (+ 15%) the new packaging - pretentious - can't justify such an increase.
- the impossibility of obtaining the 10% discount with the code granted by Pierre and Nathalie - the impossibility of obtaining the 10-euro discount as a new customer (no order since the new organization) - no answer to the above questions. Where have Pierre and Nathalie's friendly contacts gone? What a pity! I give 3 stars because I still like these products, but if I met a supplier of the same quality offering human contact, I'd change without hesitation.

Sorry to read your disappointment. Indeed, the perfume and the concentrate are very complementary. The concentrate contains 30% of active ingredients in essential oils (the fragrance only 10%), which explains the price difference. The concentrate is to be applied to specific areas according to the color chosen (hence the roll-up). A treatment using the roll-up increases the booster effect tenfold. My products were a gift for a child in a coma, so I would have liked to say more to the mother to explain the reason for this treatment; unfortunately there was no information on the treatments or a small booklet with your products. The products are expensive, so the packaging would be interesting to work on.
