It was clearly indicated in the basket when you ordered "Shipping costs on estimate WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION BEFORE MAKING YOUR PAYMENT !!! You have paid the order by credit card, but without waiting to know the amount of shipping costs ... You ordered on 19/04/2019 but I received your transfer for shipping on 23/05/2019 your order was shipped on 23/05/2019 by Colissimo, you are delivered on 28/05/2019 ! Only 5 days after your payment ... Best regards.
