I just hope you'll have the decency to correct your bill if you do receive your pic'bal within the week ...

Hello, The goal is not to count all the sleeves in the package upon receipt, only if the package is damaged, otherwise impossible to turn against the carrier, but you are right that the instructions when sending are not clear enough, I will change the indications, Thank you for your contribution :)

We had a delivery problem with TNT who warned us by email that we had been delivered when we hadn't received anything. Finally we were delivered 3 hours later and everything was fine. TNT FED EX's online parcel tracking sucks! The delivery took place the day after our internet order and we are happy with it. Ronald was informed of our problems, he answered the phone and warned TNT which reassured us.

I'm really sorry for the delay in the delivery of your parcel, there are several reasons for this 1- your order would have left on Thursday if we weren't moving to our new depot, the time indicated for your cover seal is 24/48 hours, it did leave within the time limit (Friday) and you should therefore have been delivered on Saturday 3rd March by TNT ... 2- because of the bad weather (snow) during the week, all transport was delayed by 1 to 2 days, which is why you were delivered on Tuesday 6th. Too bad you didn't indicate that it was urgent, we would have sent your order as a priority on Thursday !!! I hope your future experience with us will be better than these 2 unfortunate stars ... Ronald.

When you ordered, you paid 40, but we immediately gave you a discount of 25 on your credit card, so that you only had to pay the usual 15 for an order of this type.
