It's true that since we order our robot parts abroad, we can get them much more cheaply, but it's true that for parts we don't have in stock the lead time is 2 to 5 weeks. http://materiel-elevage.ammerlaan.fr/contents/fr/d332_Pieces_robot_de_traite_GEA.html For parts ordered regularly we try to have the parts in stock, in which case the lead time is 2 to 5 days. In your case, the month of August and a group order with a college didn't help matters...
