You sent my package with the carrier GLS, I have been waiting for my plant package since 7/05, it still hasn't arrived on 11/05, it has even been postponed to the next day, you should check your carrier, they do not provide enough information, and the package arrives very late. Fast delivery; Well-packaged plants. No exceptions. Only downside: identification is a bit impractical. It requires cutting the sticker on the cellophane and inserting it between the rock wool and the pot. I picked up the package in the afternoon. By the time I got home, it was too late for planting, so I unpacked them and put them in an aquarium waiting for planting. So I had to identify them not being a pro in aquatic flora.

A damaged item and an item delivered instead of another. Delivery confirmation with complaint procedures sent at 10:30 PM (package picked up at 3 PM), too late for the photo of the closed bag, I will know for next time. Quite nice plants, sometimes a bit small, beautiful colors.

If it is a coconut with a hole in the middle, it corresponds to the following reference:

This model does have an opening in the front, allowing fish to circulate inside.
On the contrary, the classic half-coconut does not have a front opening allowing fish to enter. Therefore, it is a different product.

I find the hygrophila lancea chai cuttings too small and short. Difficult to process in soil. Echinodorus was fine to plant. Shipping was nice and fast. And well packaged.

Three stars for the courier, the plant arrived late and a bit suffering, I hope it recovers. Regarding the availability of Aquabota, nothing to say, courteous and helpful. They should do something about the shipping; an aquarium plant, even if well packed, arriving late is still a problem.

Low quality potted plants for the most part except for the microsorum and the cryptocorynes. For these, the labels are missing to distinguish them. I did not receive the correct anubias, I had requested a mini coin not a normal one. Also, two in vitro plants of poor quality. In short, 50% of the order is satisfactory.
