Plant received correctly and of good quality, however there was a big delay in shipping (not GLS's fault).

We would like to confirm that there is no delay on Aquabota's side nor GLS. We apply our specific shipping procedures for France for sending plants.

Your order was placed on Tuesday 20/05/2025 at 23:45:01. As specified on our website, plant shipments to France leave our warehouse only on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings, depending on the delivery department.

Shipping of packages containing plants to France: on Monday.

Shipping of packages containing plants to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg: from Monday to Tuesday.

For any order placed between Wednesday and Sunday, shipping will occur the following week to ensure the freshness and quality of the plants.

Important: shipments only take place between Monday and Wednesday to preserve the quality of the plants.

You are misled by incorrect photos on their webshop (smaller packages than indicated). In response to my email, they claimed they were not at fault, but afterwards they quickly adjusted the photo, which in my eyes was an admission of their mistake.
