You requested and paid for a delivery to a pickup point, but since this pickup point was not accessible, you could have had the package sent to another pickup point. You have tried several times to have the package delivered to your home. It is normal that communication with the carrier does not go well when you pay for an apple and ask for a pear, that doesn't work...

We are sorry to hear that the shipping times did not meet your expectations. Depending on the period and the saturation of the networks, it does happen that Mondial Relay experiences delays beyond our control.
For faster delivery in France, we recommend choosing GLS at a pickup point, which generally delivers in 2 to 3 working days. The price difference is minimal (about €1.50) and can make a real difference during busy periods.
