My beautiful plants were delivered quickly, in excellent wrapping and in a good healthy state. The pack of 10 various plants were of a diverse range and have all found their place in my large aquarium. We indeed experienced a particularly eventful start to the year due to a week of snow with truck blockages following prefectural decisions in France.
Once traffic was reauthorized, we then faced blockages from farmers in front of several transport depots, which significantly disrupted deliveries.
Despite all the precautions taken for the shipment of your plants, these exceptional events made the management of shipments very complicated and unfortunately extended delivery times, including to Paris via GLS.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
