Our deliveries of compact devices are all made at the foot of the home; that is to say, they take place in the street at the bottom of your building or in the street in front of your house.
We apologize if this point was not clear enough during the order.
It is quite normal that the delivery person did not want to go up to your home, this is reserved for certain premium deliveries, and it costs very much (we cannot offer it knowing that we provide delivery).

The device works very well. However, after commissioning the device to which I only connected a sink, and thus the bushing with a cap on the other side in the intended openings, I had a small leak, on each side, along the device, through the bushings! This is not acceptable for a product of this price. I had to redo the connections with Teflon tape and silicone grease!

We need to change the delivery method! Chronopost is not at all up to the task, the 24 hours turn into 96 hours. We should favor pickup points because as a professional I cannot wait 4 hours at home!

Theoretically I should have given 5 stars because the phone contact I had for technical questions before ordering was very positive. The order and delivery also went normally. So why these 2 stars? Because unknowingly I called just before the sales and the device I ordered benefited from a 40 euro discount which my interlocutor conveniently did not mention even though he could not have ignored it. There is nothing reprehensible here, everything is legal but these actions show how this company treats its customers. Too bad for them because for 40 euros they lost a customer; I was supposed to order 2 other products but it will be on another site.
