I ordered the grinder from you because customer reviews were very good. The device works very well. However, after commissioning the device to which I only connected a sink, and thus the bushing with a cap on the other side in the intended openings, I had a small leak, on each side, along the device, through the bushings! This is not acceptable for a product of this price. I had to redo the connections with Teflon tape and silicone grease!

You need to do 03 expulsions and it is still not enough to eject the materials and the push button is very poorly placed I regret my purchase which replaces another existing grinder

For now everything is fine The assembly of the grinder was simple As for the use, I cannot comment for now as it has only been a week since it was installed What I appreciate and what reassures me is that there is a 3-year warranty and the grinder seems more efficient than SFA

Ordered as a replacement for a large brand grinder that broke down. My BroyeurSani fits perfectly. It should be noted that I called customer service at BroyeurSani on August 13 who answered some of my questions but could not respond to more technical details. No problem, a technician called me back shortly after. Bravo, you don't see that everywhere. I placed the order the same evening, shipped the next day and received on August 16!! What more can I say? I would like to give 6 stars out of 5. It works perfectly, is less noisy than the old one and for a perfectly acceptable price. Now let's see in the long run. THANK YOU
